On ECS machines? None. The EHB (extra half-bright) palette is calculated
from the first 32 colours by hardware (shifting the colour bits to the
right).

On AGA machines set the KILLEHB flag in BPLCON0 and modify the palette set
the 'normal AGA colour setting way'.
